Metrie: Langley Warehouse Location

We worked with Metrie at their Langley warehouse location for a massive undertaking to build a fire separated, structurally sound partition. We demolished the existing partition that spanned 220 feet by 26 feet high and installed plywood backing and drywall on both sides of the wall. The project scope was almost 6000 sqft. Form was under pressure to deliver the project within a quick turnaround time which meant working over the Christmas holiday break to stick to the project timeline. We worked with our partners at Axis Architecture and MAF Engineering to complete the project to up to code.
